At its Annual General Meeting in November 2009 ZEN discussed and adopted a workplan for 2010 and a report of activities for October 2008 - July 2009. Statutes for the organisation was also adopted (English / Flemish). Report of activities for August - December 2009. The most recent work plan was discussed at the fourth AGM of ZEN held 25-26 May 2012 in Paris, France: Work-plan for 2013 and Annual Report for 2011.
